SD Style Pale Ale
“The Company Beer” is in the San Diego pale ale style using North American 2-row pale and crystal malts producing a copper color and subtle caramel sweetness. American CTZ hops will provide crisp bitterness. California ale yeast will provide a clean, dry fermentation and focus on bringing the hop bitterness forward. 6%/60 IBU’s/.75 lbs. per barrel dry hopping with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook for an “old skool” touch.
